摘　　要：文中阐述了磁致伸缩导波无损检测技术原理及其优势,并通过在广州市解放大桥的工程应用验证了该方法工程检测的可靠性。磁致伸缩导波检测技术具有简便高效、检测过程无损、检测距离长、准确高精度等优势;通过试验室模拟测试,磁致伸缩导波检测方法对病害的定位较为精确,不锈钢护套导致导波信号在传播过程中衰减,但是锚头接收信号和断丝信号占通过信号的百分比基本相同,说明不锈钢护套对无损检测结果影响较小;吊杆开窗检测结果与磁致伸缩导波无损检测结果基本吻合,说明磁致伸缩导波检测技术能基本满足工程检测的要求。In this paper, the principle and advantages of magnetostrictive guided wave nondestructive detection are described, and the engineering application of this method proves its reliability in Guangzhou Jiefang bridge. Magne-tostrictive guided wave detection technology has the advantages of simplicity and high efficiency, nondestructive testing process simple and highly effective, nondestructive in detection process long testing distance, accurate and high precision. Through the laboratory simulation test, the magnetostrictive guided wave detection method specializes in accurate in locating the disease, and the stainless steel sheath leads to the attenuation of the waveguide signal during transmission, but the signal received by the anchor head and the wire breaking signal in the percentage of passing signals is basically the same, and the results show that the stainless steel sheath has little influence on the nondestructive testing results. The testing results of the steeve window opening are basically consistent with the nondestructive testing results of magnetostrictive waveguide, which indicates that the technology of magnetostrictive waveguide can meet the requirements of engineering testing.
