摘 要:目的探讨大学生情绪智力在主观幸福感与生活事件之间的作用模型。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对北京师范大学及北京航空航天大学169名本科生进行问卷调查。结果 1生活事件与大学生主观幸福感、情绪智力均呈显著负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.01;r=-0.16,P<0.01),情绪智力与主观幸福感存在显著正相关(r=0.26,P<0.01);2表达情绪能力能直接影响主观幸福感(β=0.28,P<0.01);3理解和推理他人情绪的能力在主观幸福感—生活事件中起缓冲效应(β=-0.26,P<0.01),即较低或者中等程度的理解和推理他人情绪的能力能缓解生活事件对主观幸福感的负面影响。结论大学生情绪智力对主观幸福感—生活事件既存在主效应,又存在缓冲效应。Objective To investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between subjective well-being and life event in college students.Methods To survey on the cluster random samples of 169 students of Beijing Normal University and Beihang University by questionnaires.Results ①Life event was correlative reversely with both subjective well-being and emotional intelligence(r=-0.33,P0.01;r=-0.16,P0.01).Emotional intelligence was correlative with subjective well-being in a positive way(r=0.26,P0.01).②The ability of expressing emotion had a direct effect on subjective well-being(β=0.28,P0.01).③Low and middling ability to understand others emotion could moderate the negative effect that life event to subjective well-being(β=-0.26,P0.01).Conclusion Emotional intelligence has both main effect and moderation effect on the relationship between life event and subjective well-being.
